How to install shower seals?
1. Prepare the surface
Thoroughly clean the edge of the shower glass from deposits, limescale and dirt. A clean surface ensures better fit and sealing.
2. Adjust the length
Measure the length of the glass and if necessary, cut the seal to the appropriate size – use a QUEST miter box or a saw for plastics. You can use scissors or a knife for cutting. Precise adjustment makes installation easier and ensures an aesthetic appearance.
3. Install the seal
Slide the seal onto the side edge of the glass. Press it evenly along the entire length so that it fits well and does not move during use.
4. Done!
The seal is immediately ready for use. The shower cabin gains better tightness, and the bathroom remains dry and clean.
Tip:
Make sure that the glass thickness matches the seal (6–8 mm). Install at room temperature – this increases the flexibility of the material and makes fitting easier.
