How to install PVC corner profiles? How to prepare the surface for installation?

Installation should be carried out at room temperature. The surface must be thoroughly cleaned and degreased, ensuring all irregularities are removed. The profile should be cut to the appropriate length. For self-adhesive versions, remove the protective film and press the profile firmly. For corner profiles without adhesive tape, use a PVC contact adhesive.

Do corner profiles come with connectors?

No, they are not needed. Once cut, the profiles retain their color and do not fray, so the edges connect perfectly after trimming.

Do corner profiles lose color, become cloudy, or deform over time?

The corner profiles are made from high-quality material and are resistant to UV radiation, ensuring they last for years. They do not become cloudy or lose color. When properly applied, they maintain their shape as the material has memory.

What is the difference between soft and hard corner profiles?

Both soft and hard corner profiles are made from PVC, but they differ in the hardness of the material. Hard corner profiles are rigid and durable, primarily used for corner protection from mechanical damage and can also be decorative. Soft (bumper) corner profiles are flexible and provide good protection for edges, making them ideal for high-traffic areas as they are more resistant to cracking.
